At EDULEARN, we are passionately committed to your satisfaction. We believe these are the top corporate training products on the market and are used by 1000's of Universities, Corporations, and Governments. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly give you a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping costs). So, for your risk free evaluation, for series containing one to three CDs/videos, please open a maximum of one. Series containing four (4) or more CDs/videos, please open a maximum of two (2) CDs/videos.

Please note: For Autodesk/AutoCAD products - Once the Autodesk/AutoCAD training product has been authorized, the product is no longer returnable or refundable. However, you will be able to view a portion of the training prior to authorization for your risk-free evaluation.

Please note: For certain certification/clearance products, the return policy on the product page will apply. Third party software and books that contain CDs that are bundled with our training products may not be opened for evaluation.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the evaluation, simply call our friendly sales staff toll free at 1-888-797-4040 to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and then return the product back (at customer expense) within 30 days of the invoice date. Please note that to qualify for a refund, no more than the maximum number of videos or CDs must be opened. The RMA# is required for us to track your return and properly credit your account. For this reason, the shipping department does not accept packages that do not have an RMA#.

Returns are not subject to a restocking fee; but may be considered for multiple returns by the same customer or where additional discount is given below our advertised price. In such case, customer will be notified in advance for their approval before we process their order for shipment.

International orders: Additional restrictions may be imposed for shipments to certain international destinations at EDULEARN’s discretion. In such cases, customer will be notified prior to processing their order.

International Orders

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, & Overseas orders - please call or email us for shipping charges.  All orders to these locations are shipped by UPS/FedEx, FedEx Ground or USPS.  Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery - depending upon location.  Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and/or fees. Refused shipments of overseas orders will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. To obtain shipping cost and terms, please provide us with the following information:

1. Products you are interested in.
2. Shipping address including Country and Postal Code.
3. Video Format: NTSC (North America), PAL (European), or SECAM.
